As a small business it is our goal is for you to love each product you receive! We hand craft and produce each item exclusively for you. Due to the extensive work put into each Selva Pod, we may take a couple of days to fulfill your order. Please feel free to visit our "Contact Us" page for any questions you may have. 

Shipping Policy: 

Please be advised that there may be delays in shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Due to each piece being homemade for you, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be manufactured and processed. You will receive an email once your package has been shipped.

Once a package has been marked as delivered, Selva Shine does not claim any responsibility if a package is lost or stolen. At this time we are not able to issue any refunds.

An Important Note about Selva Pods:

Each Pod is individually handmade and crafted. No two pods will be completely identical, but will be very similar in size. Please remember that they are wooden pieces and should be treated with more delicacy than a traditional plastic container.
