Shipping policy

Please be advised that there may be delays in shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Due to each piece being handmade for you, please allow 3-5 Business Days for your order to be manufactured and processed in addition to shipping time. You will receive an email once your package has been shipped. (Double check junk folder)

Your total wait time for receiving your order should be around 7-10 business days, most of the time earlier! :)

Once a package has been marked as delivered, Selva Shine does not claim any responsibility if a package is lost or stolen. At this time we are not able to issue any refunds.
